Feature-assessment tiers
The 13 scored orchestrators grouped by their weighted feature assessment. Cutoffs: S 90 and up, A 75 to 89.9, B 70 to 74.9, C 60 to 69.9, D below 60. The score is the midpoint of each tool's range.
Tiers
Feature-assessment tier list, not a performance ranking. Tiers come from the weighted feature assessment (docs, repos, feature testing). Only Orca and Claude Squad were run end-to-end, and only with stub agents. A chip marked "B to A" has a score range that crosses tiers because some criteria had no evidence.
