01 · Park
Eleven minutes a blade.
Kestrel K-1 flies each blade on its own, finds cracks and leading-edge erosion down to 0.2 mm, and files the report the same day.
001 · Downtime
A parked turbine earns nothing, and a rope team needs most of a day per tower. K-1 flies all three blades in thirty-three minutes, and the rotor is turning again before the crew has packed the van.

- Every finding located, sized, photographed, and ranked.
- Median across 412 blades flown in 2026 field trials, 45–79 m blades.
- Verified against rope-access measurements on 38 trailing-edge cracks.
- Report filed before 18:00 local for flights completed by 15:00.
How a flight works. Two pilots, one van, no rope team.
02 · Fly
Four passes, root to tip. LiDAR holds K-1 six meters off the surface in gusts up to 12 m/s.
03 · Find
Defects are boxed while it flies. Cracks, erosion, and lightning damage, down to 0.2 mm, checked by an engineer before release.
04 · File
The report is filed by evening. Ranked by what to fix first, ready for your repair contractor.
The report lands the same day. Every finding located to the meter, sized to the tenth of a millimeter, and ranked by what to fix first.

Plan the campaign. Enter your fleet and how many turbines you can park in a day.
Flight time only: three blades × 11 minutes per turbine. Rotor parking and moving between towers are not included; your site lead knows those better than we do.
Pick a turbine. We'll fly it.
